Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. This means that after receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it.
Exceptions/Items that Cannot Be Returned
Sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the desired item is to return the item you have and separately purchase the new item once the return has been accepted.
Legal 14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without providing any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified, and we will let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at info@seyss.nl.

Did you order something fun? We’ll make sure it gets to you quickly. Order before 4:00 PM on a working day, and we’ll do our best to ship your order the same day. That way, you won’t have to wait long for something that makes you happy.
And good to know: for orders over €100, we’ll cover the shipping costs. A little gift from us.
